Jayson Moss, CFA
Co-founder and Partner
Chief Investment & Management Officer
Jayson Moss brings to Evolve nearly 20 years of experience in advising and investing in corporations.
For eight years he was an analyst and a registered portfolio manager at a Canadian arm of Franklin Templeton Investments, which in aggregate managed $20 billion in assets. While at Franklin Templeton, he was a core member of the investment team and he conducted in-depth investment research on multiple, diverse industry sectors. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, Jayson spent seven years at a Canadian-based, national broker dealer, where he was an equity research analyst and director of research. He has actively worked on corporate boards and advised executives on capital markets initiatives and capital allocation decisions. Jaysons role as Chief Investment and Management Officer includes direction investment portfolios and strategies as well as alternative asset classes.
Jayson holds a Diploma of Technology in Commercial Real Estate from British Columbia Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Alberta and the CFA Charterholder designation from the CFA Institute, a global association of financial analysts.

Jayson Moss, CFA
Peter Henry has over 21 years of experience in global capital markets,
14 of those years in wealth and investment management in both Canada and the United States. After a highly successful career in Canada, he relocated to the United States to work with private equity, corporate boards and highly successful American investment management firms. He has been responsible for onboarding a wide spectrum of clients throughout his career, including high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, institutional advisors, pension funds and Fortune 500 corporations. He has a successful track record in developing and implementing clients’ goals and objectives. Peter's responsibilities include leadership, business development, maintaining current relationships and building new strategic corporate and client relationships.
Peter graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Arts degree. A co-founder of the Canadian Foundation for Swimming Excellence, he resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife (Laura) and their two children.

Before becoming Evolve’s Chief Operations Officer, Patrick Kinney spent almost 20 years working with investment management clients and high net worth families. He has enjoyed a long career in financial services, previously working for Strong Capital Management, Fidelity Investments, TD Ameritrade, Check Capital Management, Churchill Management Group and EP Wealth Advisors.
Patrick is a graduate of the College for Financial Planning, and he received his MBA in Finance from the University of Illinois and his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Illinois State University. He currently resides in South Pasadena, California with his wife (Jill) and their two children.

David Smitten is responsible for compliance and legal matters. Working with the firm’s internal and external professional providers, he offers an integrative approach to the international movement of businesses, people, capital and wealth. For five years David was the developer of the cross-border services team and the corporate counsel at the then-largest cross-border wealth management company in North America, overseeing the strategic development and implementation of its clients' complex relocation plans. David is admitted to practice law as an Attorney in the State of Arizona (2016) and as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Province of Alberta (1999), distinctions that make him one of a very small group who are licensed to practice law in both jurisdictions. He is also a registered practitioner with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the world’s largest body of international succession and estate planning professionals, and has had his Series 65 investment advisor license since 2015.

Aria Mahmoud is an Associate Research Analyst at Evolve Wealth Advisors. Prior to joining Evolve in 2022, Aria was a Research Analyst at GES Geotech Inc. in 2021 and prior to that he was an Analyst at AMX Solutions in 2020. Aria is pursuing his Bachelor of Commerce in Finance at McGill University.
